Meeting with Enrico Infante and Mihaly Szabo this Wednesday

Dear all,

On behalf of the Careers SC, I would like to invite you to a pleasant and productive evening to MUDAM. After the series of EPSO talks, we would like to bring you an on-hand experience from two working professionals of the European Commission.

The meeting on Wednesday will be a first meeting out of our series. We have chosen two professionals from DG Eurostat that will speak to us about their experience starting from the moment that they became blue book trainees. I will add short bibliography of them soon.

You are all welcome to attend and ask plenty of questions! The speakers are very open, friendly and there only for you. MUDAM's Wednesday will make it a must-do event!

Enrico Infante is currently a Statistical Officer at the Unit C1 National Accounts methodology, Sector Accounts, Financial Indicators at DG ESTAT. He is expected to finalize his Doctor of Philosophy in Statistics (PhD) in 2016 at the Universita degli Study di Napoli Federico II, where he achieved all of his University diplomas. In 2011, he has been a blue book trainee at Unit B2, Methodology and Research. If you want to know more about his later career path, please do come to our informal event on Wednesday.

Mihaly Szabo is an Administrative Assistant at the Unit F4 Quality of Life at DG Eurostat. He finished his studies in 2008 by completion of his MSc at the University of Vienna in the field of Regional Research and Regional Planning. His studies were followed by nine-month experience at the Institute for Urban and Regional Research in Vienna and a traineeship at the DG for Research and Innovation in Brussels.
